Rush Lake and Rush Peak Trek
Description
This is the best trekking route for beginners and equally fascinating for experienced trekkers as one can climb Rush Peak (5,098 m/16,824 ft) above the Rush lake.  The trek starts from Hopar village Nagar, located

across Hunza River. Hopar is a marvelous village with irrigated terraced fields known for fruit orchards and the production of potato seeds.
Rush phari “A sparkling land" is one of the most recommended treks in the mighty Karakoam for those who have passion to have trekking experience with a lifelong excitement. Walk on glaciers, through villages to a look at the real life of those living at footsteps of glaciers. There is junction point of two famous glaciers of Barpu and Bualter. It is interesting that local legends talk about the gender of these glaciers of being male and female and also about their meetings and birth of the new glaciers.  This trek has a lot to offer, but the incredible Rush lake, and view from Rush peak is truly unparallel with surrounded by countless peaks above 7,000 m, and also glimpse of K2 Peak in far distance on a clear weather day.  See the itinerary below.
